(Ali\u00e1s, eu tinha asma grave at\u00e9 parar de consumir latic\u00ednios).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color:#ff0000\">N\u00e3o fa\u00e7a os exerc\u00edcios de respira\u00e7\u00e3o profunda no chuveiro, para evitar desmaiar!
