Quando estiver treinando no saco, n\u00e3o fique entrando e saindo do alcance \u2014 n\u00e3o tente desferir uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de 3 ou 4 socos, se movimentar por alguns segundos e voltar para o alcance do oponente.<\/p>\n<p>Esse padr\u00e3o se torna previs\u00edvel e todos t\u00eam um &quot;tique&quot; para saber quando v\u00e3o atacar. Varie sua estrat\u00e9gia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fintas de lan\u00e7amento<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o se estabilize antes de arremessar, arremesse de \u00e2ngulos estranhos.<\/li>\n<li>Varie os combos, desferir socos individuais e combos de 2, 3 e 4 socos.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0s vezes, mantenha-se dentro do alcance; outras vezes, mova-se para dentro e para fora.<\/li>\n<li>Pratique ataques sustentados de movimento para a frente.<\/li>\n<li>Outras vezes, seja mais relaxado e paciente, e simplesmente fique fora do alcance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Entre na frente dos socos do oponente (se ele for mais alto)<\/h2>\n<p>Mais uma observa\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal para mim mesmo: outras pessoas gostam de esquivar, se movimentar e girar. Eu tamb\u00e9m gosto de fazer isso \u00e0s vezes, mas como ex-lutador de meio-pesado de 1,78m, aprendi a entrar no alcance dos socos para me aproximar. No muay thai, eu me protejo e avan\u00e7o com o p\u00e9 direito (de tr\u00e1s), para a direita, e desfero um chute baixo na perna de dentro. Proteja o lado direito da cabe\u00e7a para evitar um gancho de esquerda ou um uppercut do seu oponente.<\/p>\n<h2>Cotovelada alta em socos retos<\/h2>\n<p>Numa briga de rua, ou pelo menos num confronto que come\u00e7a cara a cara, eu diria para fazer o oposto. \u00c9 diferente sem luvas e isso realmente diminui um pouco a velocidade do soco.<\/p>\n<p>Mas, com certeza, voc\u00ea ganha mais pot\u00eancia. Imagine que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 tentando raspar a orelha com o cotovelo enquanto desfere um jab ou um cruzado e gira o polegar para baixo.<\/p>\n<p>Eu alternaria isso com golpes mais r\u00e1pidos e explorat\u00f3rios, com o cotovelo para baixo e o polegar para cima.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mais lento, por\u00e9m mais potente.<\/li>\n<li>Varie com outros estilos de socos retos.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018&#039;Raspe a orelha&#039; com o cotovelo levantado para obter mais pot\u00eancia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Em combate corpo a corpo e numa luta real, acredito que socar com os cotovelos baixos seja a melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o, pois \u00e9 muito mais r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/klva17eeqtY?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=pt-PT&#038;autohide=2&#038;start=89&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>De uma dist\u00e2ncia maior, por\u00e9m, o golpe com o cotovelo alto definitivamente gera mais pot\u00eancia. Com socos retos, inicie o golpe com um movimento r\u00e1pido e relaxado do ombro, gire o tronco a partir do p\u00e9 de tr\u00e1s e impulsione novamente com o cotovelo enquanto o bra\u00e7o se estende.<\/p>\n<p>Assim como no levantamento ol\u00edmpico, no arremesso ol\u00edmpico (power clean), voc\u00ea tem dois pontos de &quot;pot\u00eancia explosiva&quot;. No arremesso ol\u00edmpico, voc\u00ea impulsiona com os p\u00e9s e as pernas na fase de levantamento, e depois explode novamente com os quadris.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Combina\u00e7\u00f5es de boxe \u2013 Inicie o segundo golpe assim que iniciar o primeiro.<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e3o espere terminar o jab, ou o cruzado, por exemplo.
