O ombro precisa estar relaxado para que isso aconte\u00e7a \u2013 outro problema comum entre fisiculturistas.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Extens\u00e3o articular<\/h3>\n<p>Mesmo usando um peso leve e levantando com for\u00e7a explosiva, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o consegue estender completamente a articula\u00e7\u00e3o do cotovelo, pois corre o risco de lesion\u00e1-la. \u00c9 por isso que vemos boxeadores treinando sombra e dando socos leves com um movimento de chicote \u2013 adicionar peso e pot\u00eancia lesionaria o ombro e a articula\u00e7\u00e3o do cotovelo.<br \/>\nO treino com bola medicinal \u00e9 mais eficaz, pois exige que voc\u00ea estenda completamente o cotovelo e acelere no final do movimento, e n\u00e3o no in\u00edcio, para gerar mais pot\u00eancia. Levantar Explosivamente<\/h2>\n<p>For\u00e7a = massa x acelera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>Os fisiculturistas t\u00eam massa muscular, mas se n\u00e3o treinarem de forma explosiva e praticarem movimentos lentos e controlados, desenvolver\u00e3o for\u00e7a, mas n\u00e3o pot\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Exerc\u00edcios para fortalecer o core, juntamente com exerc\u00edcios com bola medicinal e kettlebells, podem desenvolver pot\u00eancia explosiva rapidamente. Levantamentos ol\u00edmpicos s\u00e3o os melhores para extens\u00e3o explosiva do quadril, mas isso s\u00f3 \u00e9 realmente usado no uppercut, embora seja um movimento importante no MMA.<\/p>\n<p>Os exerc\u00edcios pliom\u00e9tricos tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o excelentes para desenvolver pot\u00eancia e algumas pesquisas sugerem que podem ser usados para aumentar a massa muscular.
