Nos dias de treino, o mesmo lutador pode ter como meta consumir 3500 calorias no total e 3200 calorias nos dias de descanso.<br \/>\nPara aumentar a sensibilidade \u00e0 insulina, ele tamb\u00e9m pode optar por um dia com baix\u00edssimo teor de carboidratos e alto teor de gordura, no qual consumir\u00e1 apenas 30g de carboidratos.<\/p>\n<p>Nos dias com baixo teor de carboidratos, voc\u00ea pode optar por consumir mais vegetais, carne org\u00e2nica de animais criados a pasto, peixes selvagens e gorduras saud\u00e1veis, como o \u00f3leo de coco. Normalmente, a ingest\u00e3o de prote\u00ednas permanece relativamente constante ao longo da semana, enquanto a ingest\u00e3o de gorduras aumenta nos dias de descanso\/baixo teor de carboidratos.<\/p>\n<p>Em teoria, voc\u00ea poderia fazer um &quot;ciclo de carboidratos&quot; e comer carboidratos de baixa qualidade e sem valor nutricional nos dias de alto consumo de carboidratos, e ainda assim estar seguindo o protocolo.
