Mas na ter\u00e7a \u00e0 tarde, meio que dei uma guinada, ent\u00e3o fui para casa, tomei dois comprimidos de urtiga (por causa das alergias, j\u00e1 que tenho muitas) e coloquei 4g de sal rosa no meu jantar \u2013 voc\u00ea precisa de bastante sal rosa durante uma dieta cetog\u00eanica.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o sei ao certo o que resolveu o problema, mas me senti \u00f3timo depois e no dia seguinte. Tive alguns momentos de baixa energia na quinta e na sexta \u00e0 tarde, mas no geral me sinto muito melhor.<\/p>\n<p>Na verdade, minha for\u00e7a aumentou um pouco em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 primeira semana. \u00c9 bem dif\u00edcil de medir, j\u00e1 que fa\u00e7o principalmente exerc\u00edcios com o peso do corpo, mas meu exerc\u00edcio de puxada na barra fixa passou de 5 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es com 107 kg para 8 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Tenho praticado &quot;cetose direcionada&quot; \u00e0s segundas-feiras, que \u00e9 o meu principal dia na academia\/o treino mais longo e intenso. Bebo 50g de maltodextrina e 5g de creatina cerca de 30 minutos antes do treino. Isso me tira da cetose por algumas horas, mas me permite treinar com maior intensidade.<\/p>\n<p>Durante esta sess\u00e3o, fa\u00e7o 4 rounds no saco de pancadas, 2 s\u00e9ries de remada unilateral, 2 s\u00e9ries de barra fixa e 2 s\u00e9ries de saltos na caixa. Tentei adicionar uma lata de leite de coco ao meu smoothie noturno (uma lata de leite de coco 60%\/\u00e1gua 40% tem cerca de 600 calorias), mas por algum motivo me senti muito mal \u2013 acho que deve estar produzindo muco, pois me causou chiado no peito e entupiu meu nariz. Ent\u00e3o, tentei tomar 500 calorias de azeite de oliva \u2013 isso me deu uma azia terr\u00edvel; por fim, experimentei abacates para obter calorias extras \u2013 e at\u00e9 agora est\u00e1 funcionando bem!<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da dieta cetog\u00eanica, estou tentando manter minha alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada. <a href=\"https:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/pt\/2017\/09\/11\/visao-geral-da-dieta-alcalina\/\">alcalino<\/a>. Estou preparando uma bebida todas as manh\u00e3s com 500 ml de \u00e1gua filtrada, 5 g de bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio, 0,5 g de sal rosa e um pouco de suco de lim\u00e3o. Mas parece que isso melhorou esta semana.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta cetog\u00eanica e sa\u00fade mental<\/h2>\n<p>Comecei a dieta cetog\u00eanica porque me sentia p\u00e9ssima, cansada e bastante deprimida o tempo todo. Ali\u00e1s, reduzi minha carga hor\u00e1ria para 4 dias por semana, principalmente por esse motivo.<\/p>\n<p>Como todo bom trabalhador de escrit\u00f3rio de classe m\u00e9dia, tenho problemas de sa\u00fade mental desde crian\u00e7a. N\u00e3o me dou muito bem com as pessoas com quem trabalho e acho que isso estava come\u00e7ando a me afetar bastante. Eu tinha desenvolvido bastante confian\u00e7a no meu \u00faltimo emprego \u2013 era relativamente estressante, com uma carga de trabalho imensa e mais responsabilidades do que eu estava acostumado, mas acho que lidei bem com isso, progredi bastante e aprendi muito. Minha confian\u00e7a estava alta, mas eu n\u00e3o conseguia ir \u00e0 academia e tinha dificuldade para desligar quando chegava em casa. Ent\u00e3o, pedi demiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Este novo emprego \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil, mas por v\u00e1rios motivos perdi muita confian\u00e7a.
