Not really MMA related, but I’ve been meaning to do this for ages
In the book the Chimp Paradox – the author suggests creating your own ‘stone of life’ which are basically 3 or 4 principles or rules to accept and live your life by.
My Stone of Life example
- There will always be uncertainty about the future – accept it
- Targets and circumstances constantly move – be flexible
- Shit happens – react positively
- Feel the fear and do it anyway – act positively in spite of fear
