CBD Oil Infographic

I’ve been practising making infographics in Illustrator…here’s my latest creation.

CBD Oil is legal in the UK – if it’s made from hemp and it’s not psychoactive as it contains virtually no THC. I got a bit bored near the end of the infographic, I might update it with some more stuff…

CBD Oil is not psychoactive. Normal cannabis sold ‘on the street’ does not have the same medicinal properties as cbd oil (normally). Normal cannabis has been bred to have way too much THC – to get people high, and not enough CBD for optimal health benefits and although I am a medical cannabis advocate, I do think too much low quality, high THC cannabis is probably a bad idea in the medium to long term (although THC does have some medicinal benefits). THC and CBD are often described as the yin and the yang of the plant.

I don’t smoke weed, in fact just the smell of it tends to trigger my asthma for some reason …I have an over-active immune system with asthma, a whole range of allergies and a bit of anxiety and find that CBD oil helps. I don’t vape it because the vape contains glycerine.

If you suffer with anxiety, muscle tension etc. then I have found magnesium and high dose fish oil just as effective as cbd oil. There’s lots of research touting both magnesium and fish oil for anxiety issues. Fish oil reduces inflammation whilst magnesium is required for muscle relaxation…which in turn helps you to relax!
