Hi, this blog contains information about the stuff I like – mainly MMA, fitness & nutrition.
BlackBelt refers to martial arts. I’m not a black belt, I should have probably called the website WhiteBeltWhiteHat.com in hindsight.
I work in digital marketing – “White Hat” refers to best/ethical practices in Search Engine Optimisation and other Google related practices.
I used to combine both subjects on this blog, but it was a bit confusing so I made another blog – Business Dad to talk about online marketing. I also keep all my Excel notes on there for easy reference!
About Me
My name is Drew Griffiths and I have a first class degree in Sport Science from Loughborough University & a Master’s Degree in Exercise & Nutrition from the University of Liverpool.
I’m a dad that’s trying to get fit wherever and whenever I can.
As of July 2019, I’m now a Dad of 2 – 1 boy & 1 girl
I am an author on a number of other websites including Business2Community and the GoodmenProject.
I live in North Wales, UK and train at IPC gym in Wrexham.
