– 1 tin of PURE coconut milk (not water down stuff) OR 4 tablespoons of coconut milk powder
– half an avocado
– 1 banana
– 10ml olive oil
– 30g Protein Powder
Coconut oil has about 800 calories in a tin of pure stuff.
